Affirmations change the way we approach a situation instead of reacting to a situation.  To change an outcome we have to overcome old habits and incorporate new thought patterns. The affirmation is a form on empowerment which allows you to do just that.

The affirmation that coincides with the ZEN SUBSCRIPTION BOX is meant to gently affirm a state of calmness, tranquility and balance.

We recommend saying the affirmation at the start of each day or as needed, for a gentle reminder of your ability to rise above. Once the month is complete we ask that you pass a long your mantra to a family member, friend or person in need of encouragement.

The Zen subscription box includes a perfect balance of products made with a blend of Lemongrass, Cedarwood, Bergamot and Lavender essential oils that promote peace and creativity. Our tea supports inner peace and relaxation, while the smoky quartz gemstone transforms negative energy into positive energy. Palo Santo “holy wood”, used as a deeply aromatic incense by the Incas and people of the Andes for centuries. Its purpose is to purify and cleanse, and to get rid of negative energy and influences.

ZEN SOAP

Cleanse your skin with our ultra purifying Zen soap. Made with a nourishing blend of essential oils meant to support promote peace and creativity. It’s the perfect way to set your intentions for the day while engaging your sense with our aromatherapy.

Ingredients: Shea butter, coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil and vitamin E, and our special Zen Blend. Along with Smoky quartz essence, which helps to dissipate negativity, balance the energy of the mind and body, good for meditation, aids with relaxation and depression enhancing the properties of the Zen Blend.

ZEN BODY BUTTER

Made with a balancing blend of Lavender, Bergamot, Lemongrass and Cedarwood essential oils, the Zen body butter aids relaxation and inner peace. It’s calming scent helps expand awareness, purification and a general sense of wellbeing.

Ingredients: Shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil, Aloe vera, vitamin E, and our special Zen Blend. This lotion helps moisturize, reduce inflammation and soothes the skin. We recommend daily application of the lotion.  

TRANQUIL MINERAL BATH

This soothing bath of Lavender and lemongrass helps promote a general sense of relaxation.  

Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Sea salt, Himalayan salt, bicarbonate, green tea and our special Zen Blend infused with natural herbs. The salt crystals not only has over 26 essential minerals such as magnesium, calcium and sodium but also improve circulation, heal rheumatism and help conquer stress.

VIGOR TEA POTION

The ultimate wellness blend, our Tranquil tea promotes inner peace and relaxation while alleviating anxiety. Our calming Tranquil blend also helps relieve mental and emotional stress while reducing inflammation in the body. Enjoy it at the start of the day or in the evening to release anxious thoughts or energy.

Ingredients: Linden flowers, chamomile, fennel, cardamom, hibiscus, liquorice, alfalfa, raspberry leaf, orange peel, rosehip, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, & black peppercorn

Preparation: Use 1-1.5 tsp of tea per 8oz/200ml of water. Heat water to 205˚F/95˚C and steep for 4-5 minutes.

Caffeine Level: Caffeine Free.

HERON EXFOLIATOR

The Heron exfoliator removes rough dead skin from the body. Infused with an uplifting blend of Bergamot and Lemongrass, the exfoliator helps balance the emotions allowing us to let go of what no longer serves. We recommend using this every few days.

Ingredients: Mineral oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, sesame seed oil, jojoba seed oil, olive oil, sugar cane, agave and Vitamin E and Vitamin A. The scrub helps remove dead skin by exfoliating the body. We recommend using this every few days.

SMOKY QUARTZ

The smoky quartz is a protective crystal that helps transform negative energy to positive energy. Use it to ground yourself to the energies of mother earth.

NURTURE SOAP

Ingredients: Shea butter, honey, palm kernel oil, cocoa, camwood, aloe vera, lime juice. This soap is great for Eczema, Acne and Dermatitis* and works for all skin types.
NURTURE CHAPSTICK

Ingredients: Soybean oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, cocoa butter, shea butter, vitamin E, aloe vera.

LOOFAH
