Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt or coconut milk yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
Instructions
- Add ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Apply hydrating yogurt mixture on your face and neck gently massing in circular motions avoiding the delicate eye area.
- Allow it to sit for 15 minutes to absorb all nutrients and anti-inflammatory effects on your skin.
- Gently wipe it away with a warm washcloth.
- Feel good about for having done something yourself.
