Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt or coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

Instructions

  • Add ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Apply hydrating yogurt mixture on your face and neck gently massing in circular motions avoiding the delicate eye area.
  • Allow it to sit for 15 minutes to absorb all nutrients and anti-inflammatory effects on your skin.
  • Gently wipe it away with a warm washcloth.
  • Feel good about for having done something yourself.
